NOW RECRUITING HOST PARTNERS
FOR THE FIRST COHORT OF
MI HEALTHY CLIMATE CORPS MEMBERS
UPDATE: Host Partner Application Deadline extended to Wednesday 11/29
The Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM) is pleased to partner with the Office of Climate and Energy (OCE) in the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) to offer the placement of 30 full-time AmeriCorps members in March 2024 for the inaugural cohort of the MI Healthy Climate Corps (MHC Corps) Program.
Corps members can serve with hosts in state agencies, tribal governments, local governments, or nonprofit organizations to build capacity across the state, supporting projects that advance the goals of the MI Healthy Climate Plan and helping to guide federal and state resources to the communities and people who need it most.
Organizations interested in hosting a MHC Corps member(s) should review additional program information and requirements in the Host Partner Application Packet (PDF), and complete and submit the application via Google Form by Wednesday, November 29th at 5pm.
